Meet Rocky the Recycling Raccoon

Rocky is a clever raccoon who lives in a cozy tree near Green Valley neighborhood. Instead of digging through trash cans like other raccoons, Rocky has a special mission – he teaches kids how to recycle and keep their community clean!

Every day, Rocky wears his favorite blue recycling badge and scampers around the neighborhood helping children learn which items go in which bins.

He shows them how plastic bottles go in the blue bin, paper in the green bin, and glass in the yellow bin. Rocky gets so excited when he sees kids rinse their containers before recycling them!

Rocky’s favorite thing is giving out special stickers to children who remember to recycle properly. He says, “When we recycle right, we make our planet happy and bright!”

His bushy tail swishes with joy whenever he sees families working together to sort their recyclables.

Sometimes Rocky visits schools to share fun recycling facts, and all the kids love to hear him say his special motto: “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – that’s the Rocky way to be!”
