Can you pick up trash in Macon County?

Due to current contracts, we cannot provide trash pickup in Macon County. However, we do offer service in Jackson County.

What days of the week do you pick-up?
It depends on where you live. We will assign you a pick-up day according to our route. You will be notified of the pick-up day and if that changes, then you will receive notification.
Are flexible payment plans available?

Yes, you can pay monthly, quarterly or you can pay for the whole year.

What types of items do you remove?

We remove a wide range of items, including furniture, appliances, electronics, landscape debris, and general clutter, ensuring responsible disposal.

Do I need to be present during the junk removal?
Your presence isn’t mandatory, but it can help us clarify your requirements. We’ll work with your schedule to make the process convenient.
How soon can you schedule a removal?
We strive for flexibility. Depending on our availability, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day appointments for your convenience.
Do you recycle or donate items?

Yes, we’re committed to sustainability. We recycle materials whenever possible and donate usable items to local charities.

We also take items that can be refurbished to local businesses (i.e. – weed eaters) that can repair them for resale.

Do you recycle fluorescent light bulbs?

Fluorescent Light Bulb Recycling

We accept fluorescent bulbs with advance notice and an additional fee.

While we can provide this service, fluorescent light bulbs are not one of our standard recycled items.

We recommend using your local recycling center for more convenient and cost-effective disposal.

Are you insured and licensed?
Absolutely, we’re fully insured and licensed. Your property and our team’s safety are top priorities.
How often do you pick-up?

We can pick-up once or twice week depending on the needs.

We proudly serve Macon and Jackson Counties, NC. Contact us to confirm if we cover your location.

How does the billing work?

We bill you an invoice via your email. You are sent a direct link from the bank to pay by debit or credit. You can pay by check and that is sent to our PO Box 852, Franklin, NC  28744 – Make payments out to TNT Recycle, Inc.

How do you handle heavy or bulky items?
Our trained team uses proper equipment to handle heavy items safely, ensuring no damage to your property.
How long does a typical junk removal take?
The duration varies based on the amount of junk. We work efficiently to complete the process promptly.
What happens to my junk after removal?
After removal, we sort items for recycling, donation, or disposal in line with eco-friendly practices, minimizing environmental impact.
Do you supplies bins?
We supply two, 17 gallon bins or you can use your own system for recycling. We do not supply trash cans.
